Mark Pagenkopf, GM, President

Mark Pagenkopf, co-owner and general manager, grew up in the family’s business under the guiding eye of his father. His career literally began at the age of 10, helping the company process the products that have put Alberta Pallet ahead of the competition. Since then, Mark and his brother Bernie, have continued the proud tradition in creating and delivering quality lumber products for discerning clients around the world.

John Miller, Sales Manager

A certified lumber inspector for the past 35 years, John Miller knows what customers want and need in quality pallets and wood products. Working his way up from lumber grader with Canadian Cellulose (Cellgar Ltd.) in British Columbia, to wholesale and domestic export sales with Balfour Forest Products, John brings his expertise to Alberta Pallet, where his standards for service include personalized visits and complementary advice on how to best ship your order safely and affordably.
